Modern Health Care.... Its a Revolution

Was scrolling down my T.V when i came across a show ....

They were showing that a team of doctors somewhere....in Europe

Had actually started to grow and develop human organs outside human body….

That too by using their patient’s cells for whom the organ is to be developed…

Seeing that I just thought what else is left to be invented on this planet….!!!!

All the modern health care system has reduced the mortality rate in India very rapidly….

Hospitals like Apollo which have Extremely talented doctors and great technological equipment have undertaken this step to revolutionize the concept of a surgery….

This is the mortality rate of India from 2001-2010

We can clearly see that there is a gradual fall after the technology has been improved over a tremendous speed…

Comparing to the earlier methods, the new and modern methods are safer…

They even have proven better results

Now talking about modern health care ….question arises WHICH IS THE BEST HOSPITAL?

And the answer is ………

Does My Dream Mean Anything....????

Some people wouldn’t believe me what I am going to write today I this post…..

From the richest to the poorest…

From the king to the beggar….each and every person have dreams….

Do they mean anything in real life??

To answer this question…I took a little survey of 5 friends….

And I found that the sensitive parts of your life …visit your dreams…

These sensitive parts can be fear, love, shame, threat etc..

One of my friends had a dream of being chased…

Being chased symbolizes fear….fear of something you have done wrong…they you

may get caught of… and you may be guilty of doing it…

And yes my friend told to me…”yes, I have been hiding my mark sheet from my folks”

Second was with her mom playing in the garden and she a 5year old kid…

Seeing your younger version symbolizes that you are missing those days of your life….Or you  have seen the same days reoccurring with someone else just that day…

In this case…..she had seen a little girl with her mother in the park playing, same way as she and her mother used to play….and the fact she no longer stays with her mother makes her oversensitive…

Third had a dream of that he is abusing a people at random….

Now this is a new one….why would you abuse people in your dreams….??

To dream you are abusing someone suggests that your past actions will come back to haunt you. You may be expressing some regret or remorse over your actions.

When I asked my friend is there anything in your life that you regret of doing…..

He said “yes ….. I had interchanged my marks with my partners just to score better than him in 9^th grade”…..

I thought can you have a dream of such an old incidence…??

The answer I got is “yes” ….if the powers of the scenes are so intense…than it is possible…..

 

The fourth one said that she sees a deck of cards…and den she picks a card…and the card is always an ace of hearts

The ace of hearts means that you are involved in some love affair. And you are hiding it from your close ones…

“It is true…”she said…  

My last friend in the queue said…he saw an empty bench…just an empty bench and no one sitting there….

Such dreams mean that the subject is feeling too lonely and needs someone close to be by his side….

But I knew this guy….he was very happy in his life…with good results….happy family….so what was the dream about?

Is this all fake and just a coincidence ….??

4/5 dreams had dreams related to their real ongoing life….

So I cannot 100% conclude this topic…

And the question still remains…

Yes guys…my 3^rd indimeet…and I have to say it was the most awesome event I have ever attended…

The Neutrogena meet always stayed at a high cliff of enjoyment…there was never a moment of boredom at all!!!

The day when I first read about the meet on the registration page…. I just ran through all the attendees of the meet….and I was unable to find a single guy in the list (ofcours except THE ORGANIZER Mr. Vineet Rajan)

I was a little confused …shuld I register or not…coz the topic of the meet was quite a girly one….

However ,I registered after seeing  a couple of male attendees ….

Still I thought,the meet would quite be dull for men…..

I arrived with 7 friends….but in this meet I actually met new people which in every other meet I failed to…

Now we were waiting for the meet to start …just than I see a beautiful host on the stage welcoming us all…and ready to commence the meet….

As the meet preceeded my interest in the product kept in increasing….though I thought I would be 

bored at first but was enjoying a lot….

Every fun tasks….

Every speech…

And den comes the food…

My First indiblogger meet...

Brushing my teeth at 8 in the morning...

Brush in one hand and cell in other...received a message by a friend...

the text was..."INDIMEET!!! 3seats left "

Rushing into the bedroom....clearing the mess on my bed I took my laptop out of the bag...

turned on the wifi....and REGISTERED .....

After reading "You Have successfully registered for the meet!!!" I was on cloud nine... 

I hadn’t even read what was the meet about…just registered it…

After registering…I read …the meet is about HP….and HP connected to music!!!!

I was sure this was gonna be great!!!

The day of meet….

I was so excited about the meet….i reached about an hour early at Bandra Railway Station with two of my friends along with me…(Hemant Rajput and Nikhil Shedbale)

Hemant too was a new bee in the honeycomb like me wherease Nikhil had attended couple of meets…

Reached at the venue….

The first thing I did there was register myself…

I was expecting…people of age group between 20-30..but was amazed to see the crowd there…

People of all ages were present…

Sitting outside hotel OTTO INFINITO was waiting for the meet to be started…was served with the most awesomest drink I had ever had…I still don’t know what its called…It was this…. 

Now we three were waiting for a friend…who gets easily recognized by everyone…Ratandeep!!!

Finally people started entering the hotel….

Found a table for Four of us…

And what I hear is…spot prizes at the beginning of the event!!!

Ratandeep already had won a headphone by HP…because of his turban….

I also wanted one…

Now it was the time to really meet the bloggers…to interact with fellow bloggers…

So awesome way to do the same was organized by using a sketch pen and a card sheet…

We all exchanged out twitter handles…urls…

Its a new beginning PART 2

This was my first chance to have a nice conversation with her…

We reached the amusement park…

Wherever she went I used to follow..

Or I used to pull her with me on every ride we sat..

I don’t know y I did so…

Now when I think of it I find myself as a fool…

I had a great time with her…

Her friends had started to tease her with my name..

But I don’t think she even had a clue what was going on in my mind…

From the next day it was same as everyday…

Came to the same old class …sat on the 2^nd bench…

I was waiting for her to approach …but she didn’t even looked at me that day…

I thought she didn’t like my company …

A semester passed away….

I still used to see her…everyday..

Wait for at least a “HI”

But nothing…

I felt she doesn’t even know that I am in the same class…. Always seeking a seat behind her…

Then came an annual program of our college…where a guy in my class asked me to participate in a his dance act…

This guy was a good friend of her…

I thought it was a good opportunity for me…

I told this guy that I like his friend a lot….

He just said one thing ….”Leave upto me.”

I was like..y did he so easily agreed to help me that to without any questions…

However we met….

Talked …

I proposed …

She rejected….

I asked for the reason…

“I love someone else in my life.”

I was all shattered …

I started skip ping m meals…

Stopped studying…

All I did was wonder who that lucky bastard was.

 7 days my soul cried….

28^th march 2012…was the awesomest day of my life……

 All my college friends including her went for a trip…to a beach…

During the bus journey ….i found a place beside her….

Just wished she wouldn’t react negatively…

All I did was …stared at her face….hoping she would ask me something…

Finally she said…”do u want to say anything…??”

All I did was …stretched my hand towards her….so that she could place hers in mine…

And she did…saying that she needed some time….

Time to overcome her crush….

We were at the beach….

Had a romantic time…

I asked  to  drop her home….she agreed..

Now we were in the train…

We were talking…casually

Board the train….

I don’t know what happened  about the time she needed…

But she placed her head over my shoulder….

I was on cloud 9…

She accepted my proposal finally….!!

  

HOW TO BECOME A GOOD TEACHER?

A teacher should have 3 essential qualities.....

1. BACK GROUND KNOWLEDGE
2. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
3. PERSONAL QUALITIES.

There is a saying,"GIVE ME A FISH AND I EAT FOR A DAY, TEACH ME TO FISH AND I EAT FOR A LIFE TIME". This must be a philosophy of a good teacher... She/he should be patient and kind, flexibile and resourceful, tolerant and open minded with a good sense of humour. Enthusiastic and enjoys teaching. should be honest, imaginative and creative. Efficient. Self-disciplined. Helpful. Humble and modest........ In my opinion teacher should be like this.

A good teacher makes him/herself available to all students, however, knows which students need extra assistance.

A good teacher is an effective communicator, however, who knows when he/she needs to change his/her communicating techniques to be sure students can grasp instructional concepts.

A good teacher allows students to ask questions, however, does not answer questions without drawing from other students' learning experience first.

A good teacher has classroom rules and procedures which help students know what is expected from them and how the students can help themselves.

A good teacher encourages cooperation and sets an example with other students and faculty.

A good teacher is flexible and able to change lessons "spur of the moment" in order to accommodate the needs of her students.

A good teacher respects all students and encourages good performance....

IF U ARE REALLY LOOKIN FORWARD TO BECOME A TEACHER....(LIKE ME)

Playable DOTA 2 Coming Soon!

IceFrog has made an important announcement regrading DOTA 2 Beta on the development blog. It reveals some valuable information about the upcoming DOTA 2 beta (public). It seems Valve has modified the DOTA 2 release date & model and pushed for early release.

Previously, Valve was planning to release DOTA 2 after spending a year or so in Closed beta and by slowly rolling out new updates like IceFrog did with Defense of the Ancients. But, now after receiving overwhelming response by the community after The International event. They are looking forward to provide playable version of DOTA 2 to cash the popularity. Moreover, Valve has lifted the DOTA 2 Non-Disclosure Agreement, allowing the players to legally share in-game, videos, screenshots, shoutcast matches etc.

It is indeed astonishing that a company like Valve is striving hard to release a ‘game’ in fast-track and keeping community in favor. In the near future, There will be two kinds of Beta, Private for Valve’s employees & professional players and regular for the public testing. Valve is still accepting registrations for DOTA 2 Beta, make sure you’ve signed-up for it. More updates to come, keep visiting MY BLOG
